About the blog

My name is Peter, and my “online alias” is usually Hrugnir, and that is what some may know me as. I was born in 1988, making me 21 at the time of writing. I currently live in Uppsala, Sweden, although I was born and raised in Halmstad on the west coast. I study theology at Johannelund Theological Seminary, although the purpose is yet to be fully clear… My interests apart from Theology include Gaming and Music, which is apparent if you read my blog.

This  is a bilingual blog, primarily in English but with occasional articles in Swedish. It will mostly deal with my thoughts in current issues and the likes, but its focus has shifted over time, which I have discussed in two entries I hope to write things of value to both English and Swedish speakers.

Is this Peter that I met when I was in Uppsala, or another Peter? You commented on my blog the other day, and I followed a link here and was surprised to find you live in Uppsala. I love that town.

Hey! Probably another Peter, I’ve only lived here since August 2008. It is a nice town, though!

I found your blog through StuffChristiansLike, actually… There was a link to your blog, and as I was recently commenting on the Pat Robertson thing, I thought I would reply to your entry 🙂

      When were you in Uppsala?

      • January 25, 2010 at 17:32

I spent one summer in Stockholm, and one in Uppsala, 2004 and 2007, respectively. I was working with an organization called Agape Sverige, the Swedish version of Campus Crusade for Christ. I hope to go back in the next couple of years.

Ooh, so that’s what that organization is? 🙂

I might ask around if I know someone involved in that here… It’s a small city and a small country, Kingdom-wise.

I was in Uppsala last month. We visited Carolus Linneaus’s garden at the University of Uppsala and liked it!
